Our Team

Door + Hardware Consultants was founded in 1997 by David Sissom. He spent more than a decade devoted exclusively to producing specifications and consulting to the A/E community for Door Hardware, Detention Door Hardware, Electrified Door Hardware, Access Control System coordination, and related systems as well as field inspection and training. In 2013, Scott Sabatini joined Door + Hardware Consultants as a partner. In 2025, Michael Guy transitioned into the role of President of Door + Hardware Consultants.
