Principal -- David Sissom, AHC, CSI, CCS

David Sissom's experience spans more than thirty years in the door hardware, electronics, hollow metal and architectural wood door industry. His background and training has provided a high level of expertise in national and local building codes regulating fire/ life safety and accessibility as they pertain to door openings.

Education and experience in virtually every aspect of conventional door hardware, architectural doors and frames, electric, electronic and security door hardware are integral parts of David's unique qualification as a multi-disciplinary consultant in these interrelated but oft uncoordinated design disciplines. He has been involved in many different aspects of the construction process including manufacturing, marketing and distribution of doors and hardware; as well as field installation of door and hardware systems as a licensed general contractor. The past ten-plus years have been devoted exclusively to product and system specification development for Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, Security/ Detention Door Systems, Electromechanical and Electronic Door/ Hardware Systems.
